PROJECT INFORMATION
ENTRANCE CRITERIA: The event is open to all members of the public. Access will be gained at co-ordinaters discretion.
ENTRANCES: Main entrance to Park on Julius Jeppe Street.
VENUE CONTROL: Brooklyn SAPS and Private Security Initiatives will carry out Crowd Control and Security Services for the duration of the event.
PARKING: Adjacent field to Bruinslich Park and surrounding streets will provide on-site parking.
COMMUNICATION: Each co-ordinater will be in possession of a two way radio to key personnel within their event team.
